Please select the RiderCourse® from the two choices below. Then print and complete the form as instructed. Confirmations will be mailed shortly after receipt of payment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made seven days prior to scheduled class. Cancellations after that will forfeit tuition and will not be rescheduled. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed and considered by the site administrator. Directions to Tennessee Tech's Henderson Hall.
